Since 2011, the saithe (coalfish) we catch in the North Sea has been recognised by Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) as Certified Sustainable Seafood. In 2012, the same certification was achieved for the cod and haddock caught by Arctic Navigations in ICES I and II regions (waters around Spitsbergen and Norway).
Currently, the MSC-certified species represent almost 100% of the annual directed fishing of the Arctic Navigations fleet!
